I work with women who want their training to feel purposeful, sustainable, and grounded. not extreme or chaotic.

My approach is built around structure, progression, and clarity. Not motivation. Not perfection. And not starting over every few months.

I didn’t build this coaching style overnight.

Like many women, I’ve experienced extremes… doing too much, chasing outcomes, and seeing progress stall when life got busy.

Over time, I learned that real results don’t come from pushing harder. They come from having the right structure, realistic expectations, and a plan that adapts instead of collapses.

That’s the lens I coach through now.

I’ve coached women across a range of settings over the years, and now work exclusively online, allowing me to provide structured, considered coaching without the limitations of location or session times.

EXPERIENCE & FOCUS

I’ve worked with women at many stages of their training journey from building confidence in the gym to refining strength, technique, and performance.

Across all coaching pathways, the focus remains the same:
helping women train with clarity, confidence, and long-term progress in mind.

Whether someone joins the Sustainably Strong Project or works with me through 1:1 coaching, the intention is to create training that fits their life and evolves with them over time.
